Love was in the air at the Franciscan Gardens wedding venue in Orange County, so we decided to have a little fun with photography for this kissing shot. Mirta "painted" the word Love with a sparkler while Joe shot using a several seconds shutter speed. The camera was on a tripod and the flash was fired to light up the couple. Nothing was added in post to pull off this cool effect, just a little magic with light. A movie-ending style kiss complete with dramatic dip becomes an album-ending style kiss... there is no doubt that a shot like this would make a lovely closing image in a bride and groom's wedding story.
