We love that this family portrait, shot at our studio in Costa Mesa, consists of three generations of women: the grandmother, mother and daughter. Shortly after we photographed the daughter's wedding, they came in to get a formal studio portrait. While the gallery of photos from the wedding was surely extensive, including some great portraits, there was also a packed timeline that day. That's why coming for a relaxed session, focused only on these three, was such a great call--and an opportunity to don elegant black cocktail attire to boot.
A portrait like this would make a beautiful addition to a living room wall, but we could also create an album form a variety of shots taken on the day. We encourage families to not only wait for holidays and weddings to book a session. Any time of year is a great time to honor your loved ones with a beautiful photography.
