This particular exhibitor is a camera store, Samy's Camera, at a photographic convention in Las Vegas. They actually set up a small store in the convention area. This takes a lot of time and an experienced crew, usually the sales staff, so these people work very long days during conventions. They also need to be very aware of regulations that vary between venues. In some hotels exhibitors can not bring in their furniture and large items like ceiling signs, etc. this has to be done by hotel staff. This can complicate things and delay the completion of the booth. As convention photographers we have to be aware of these issues and know that many of our clients are working under a great deal of stress so we need to work with them f photos are to be taken when their booths are ready to open.
